Your back should be straight and your elbows at right angles when sitting at the computer, and your chair and desk should fit together in a way that encourages this. Working away from natural light if your desk is not properly lit can damage your eyes so make sure you have sufficient lighting. A desk lamp or wall-mounted light with a swing arm is usually the best choice as they can be manipulated to suit your needs.
